The undersigned acknowledges that even though Blue Springs Trail Rides, Inc. employees will exercise the greatest degree of care in providing horseback riding and hay riding facilities, that both said activities can be dangerous and both activities can result in a personal injury, loss or personal property, and possible death. The undersigned being fully advised of the risk of engaging in the activities of horseback riding and hay riding does hereby fully assume the consequences of said risks and holds the Blue Springs Trail Rides, Inc. and its employees faultless for any injuries, loss of personal property, or death resulting from above said activities. Warning: Under Missouri Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities pursuant to the Revised Statutes of Missouri.
