PET POLICY FOR BLUE SPRINGS RANCH

This policy has been created so that pets may be allowed at Blue Springs Ranch but only under strict supervision so that their presence does not create any inconvenience for other guests or staff. If you disagree or are unable to follow this policy please do not bring your pet.

All pets must be pre-approved and registered. If your pet is found not to be registered you may be asked to leave with no refund.

All pet owners must sign a pet policy liability form upon check in.

There will be a $10.00 per night charge per pet in cabins.

There is a two pet maximum per cabin.

If there is any damage that is done to the unit, you agree to reimburse us for returning the unit to its original condition.

Pets are not allowed in pool area. This includes cabin 21.

Pet owners must prevent noise or any other disturbance by their pet.

Pets are not allowed in bedrooms.

Pets are not allowed on furniture.

Pets are not to be left unattended in cabins unless in a kennel.

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while outdoors.

If there is pet waste on the carpet or furnishings, you agree to reimburse us for the cost of professionally cleaning the carpets and/or furniture.

I agree that if I or my pet violates any of the pet policy and I am asked to leave, I will do so, and not expect any refund for any part of my registered stay.

I agree to indemnify and save harmless Blue Springs Ranch from and against any and all losses, claims, damages and liabilities (including attorneys fees and expenses), actually or allegedly caused by the actions of my pet.

I am a registering guest at Blue Springs Ranch requesting that my pet be allowed to stay with me in my cabin, and I agree to follow their pet policy.
