Blue Springs Ranch Resort – FLOATING ASSUMPTION OF RISK

 The undersigned person has been advised and acknowledged that canoeing and rafting can be a dangerous activity. The participant can receive personal injuries, such as cuts, bruises, insect and snakebites, broken bones, and possibly incur fatal injuries. The undersigned can also lose or misplace items of personal property, such as clothing, sunglasses, watches, jewelry, wallets, coolers, and other equipment. NO LIFEGUARDS ARE PROVIDED. Being fully advised of all the risks of loss of personal property, personal injury, and possibly fatal injuries, the undersigned person fully assumes the risk and agrees to hold the lesser of said floating equipment harmless for any loss of property, personal injury, or death occasioned by its establishment. (I have ready the contract on the reverse side, understand, and agree to all conditions therein.)
